We meet Tuesday evenings at the United Reform Church in Tiptree from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. We even stop for a cuppa’ and your favourite biscuit to catch your breath and the local gossip. Choir membership is £24.00 per month and includes all rehearsals, music and organised concerts and If you bring along your own cup my lovely assistant Jane will fill it for you with tea or coffee at half time. I am musical director of the choir and very proud to have such a dedicated and talented group of about 80 singers rehearsing regularly. From small beginnings in 2013 to a confident and experienced group of performers today. I aim to make each rehearsal constructive, teaching everyone to be as musically expressive as possible in their performance of what ever it is we sing, whatever style. Along with the positive health benefits of singing rehearsals are always great fun. Everyone goes home with a spring in their step and a smile on their face.
